TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT
As a general rule there is a minimum catering cost for “Mains” of $1,000-$1,500+ GST during the low season, depending on each caterer. For high-season catering, the expected minimum spend is $2,000.

For Coffee/ Dessert/ Ice Cream trucks the minimum catering cost is around $500-$600+ GST.
The above includes all food/drink, utensils and service per the vendors quotations.
